 We will now be offering Technician Appointments to supplement the Office Exam offerings which are currently available to clients. This appointment type is designed to be very cost effective given that it is priced at less than 60% of the cost of a traditional Office Exam fee but there are limitations. At a Technician Appointment, your pet will be examined and treated by one of our highly trained Veterinary Nurses who are a combination of Certified Veterinary Technicians and Non-Certified Employees as defined by PA Code Title 49 ยง 31 State Board of Veterinary Medicine. This visit includes a full general health evaluation as well as a free nail trim if requested. Technician Appointments are specifically designed for clients whose pets are current on their annual physical exam and vaccinations, but require basic maintenance care such as anal gland expression, ear cleanings and vaccine booster administration under certain veterinary guidelines. The Veterinary Nurses are unable to diagnose, prognose or perform surgery under any circumstances and will refer your case to a Veterinarian for a full appointment if necessary.
