Dr. Sharon M. Minninger
Dr. Minninger is the Senior Staff Medical Director and one of the owners of the Telford Veterinary Hospital which was established in 1999. She completed her undergraduate studies at Delaware Valley College and received her Veterinary Degree from University of Tennessee in 1995. She is married and is the proud mother of Jack Russell Terrier named "Bailey" and an American Dingo named "Heidi" who is an certified and active therapy dog with whom Dr. Minninger works with special needs children and adults at Calvary Church's Rainbow Room on a weekly basis. As a fulltime small animal veterinarian, Dr. Minninger enjoys working with exotic pets as well as dogs and cats. She is an active participant on the Volunteer Medical Service Corp of Lansdale Canine Emergency Search and Rescue (CEASAR) Team as their Team Veterinarian. Dr. Minninger's personal philosophy is founded in the establishment of a long-term, strong Human-Animal bond developed through education, proper pet selection, training and preventive health care. |

Dr. Kimberly MacDonald
Dr. MacDonald has become the most recent addition to the hospital family as an associate veterinarian over the summer of 2009. She received her undergraduate degree from Long Island University in 2001. She further developed her skills working in a local veterinary hospital before pursuing her DVM at North Carolina State University. Her interest lies in internal medicine and client education. Dr. MacDonald currently leads the hospital's Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement Program, Mini-Clinic Program and Puppy Socialization Program and and is an active participant in the Pet Wellness Fair Planning Committee. She is pictured here with her late Rottie mix named Nala. She currently has 2 cats; Coleman and Markie and a Rottie mix named Tucker. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys crafts, outdoor activities, and playing in her church's handbell choir.
