"My pug developed a UTI and came at worst time. I started her on antibiotics but family emergency forced me away during her treatment. When I left things seemed to be looking up when I arrived home 2 days later her tiny pee's were now dribbles. My regular vet suggested a hospital that be better equipped and that could see Shady sooner.I was hopeful when I heard UTI but we decided to do X-Rays and 5 Bladder Stones have been found. Dr. Loeffler was beyond compassionate. She explained everything in simple terms, honest and I felt she really felt all the emotions I was going through. Dr. Loeffler gave us hope for our two week follow up.The facility is beautiful, the staff is kind and friendly. It is easy to tell the employees love their jobs and their patients."
