"Echo our sweet amazing Akita rescue boy was abused and abandoned and has severe anxiety. We were told by a previous vet that he was"untreatable"even though he had never been agrssive, never bit, snapped or anything. He just panicked. Telford Veterinary Hospital, Dr Loeffler and her team were recommended by a friend. We have never been so blessed. The first meeting Dr loeffler and her team just let Echo walk around and come to them, they watched his behavior and recommended"happy"visits to help desensitize him, over several visits they realized bringing our other older female Akita helped him so they had us bring them both until Echo was comfortable enough to let them examine and treat him. We will never be able to thank them enough for all they have done for him and us. The fact that they took the time to let him feel comfortable and safe, that they cared enough to not only take the time and spend then energy to treat him, they cared about him, they never rushed him or got impatient with him. They focused on his comfort and his needs. They also cared about us, the doggie parents... From the moment you walk into their office you are greeted with an amazing front desk staff that truly care about you and your pet. Actually it starts from the very first phone call. The vet techs, the entire staff... All have been amazing. So amazing that we decided to move all our dogs to Telford. Our older female Akita unfortunately has a huge tumor and Dr loeffler and her team have guided us in her care . We are so very thankful for the team and how much love, compassion, knowledge and care they provide our furry ones. Thank you just isn't enough."
